## Problem

SLAs often close on a "cleaned" record. When the client disputes quality, you hold a sign-off list, not visual proof. Staff performance collapses to shift completion; repeat dirty points stay hidden.

When a client says 'it was not cleaned', a sign-off list is weak. Before/after photos and an AI label bind the close to visual evidence. That does not make manipulation impossible; it stops a claim from being enough on its own.

## How they use Hygio

Field staff check in at the point and take before/after photos. AI labels Approved (Clean) or Rejected (Dirty) for workflow — not as a third-party audit certificate. Clients receive point-level proof packs and staff views. Repeat dirty stations feed coaching.

## Questions buyers ask

### What if the client treats the score as an audit certificate?

Contracts and report titles state it is an internal quality signal. The label is for workflow and client reporting; it should not be presented as an independent hygiene certificate. The demo locks that sentence together.

### Can staff take photos elsewhere?

NFC/QR check-in binds the task to the physical point; the process is still shown in the demo. That does not make manipulation impossible — it stops a 'we did it' claim from being enough on its own. The proof pack holds point, time, before/after, and label together.

### What is shared in SLA and renewal talks?

Point-level close-out, repeat dirty stations, and trend. A sign-off list is weak in an 'it was not cleaned' dispute; a timestamped pack is stronger. Report fields and cadence are written in the contract and demo.

### How is pricing set?
